To the ambitious entrepreneur who’s felt overextended… pressured to do ALL the things, to join yet another mastermind… and still wakes up in a cold sweat at 3 AM thinking:

  • I’ve got 40 people & their families relying on me… how will I meet payroll this month?

  • My friends are great, but I can’t talk to them about this stuff…

  • How can I afford to grow my business?

  • No matter how hard I try, I can’t get more than 24 hours in a day…

  • I have to make one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever faced & I don’t have anybody to turn to…

Running a business can be a lonely proposition, but it doesn’t need to be.

What if you finally had someone to talk to… someone who ‘gets it.’

Together, we can help each other achieve the next level of success in our businesses, our families, & our own lives.

Be a part of a network of brain power & collective intelligence wrapped in understanding & support.

EO BENEFITS & PROGRAMS

The best investment you can make is in yourself

If you’re beyond ready to take your business to the next level, ready to expand your network & connect with small & large business owners who will share their experiences & best practices, join EO, the only peer-to-peer entrepreneur community that really ‘gets it.’

Forum

Monthly meetups in small groups of 6-10 forum-mates aiming high & dreaming big, just like you. For many members, forum is the one benefit they couldn’t do without.

We’re not a board of advisors. We don’t give you advice. We share our experiences & tell stories about our successes & failures. You’ll solve your own challenges, but not in isolation. You’ve got a trusted community of support on your side
You’ll get fresh perspectives & learn to think in new ways. Your forum-mates will openly talk about their own vulnerabilities & soon you’ll learn that growth only comes from being uncomfortable.
And most importantly, what happens in forum stays in forum. This is your safe space where everything you say - whether about your professional life or personal life - is 100% confidential.

  • I’m a better mom. I’ve learned to have better conversations… to listen twice as much as I talk. We have two ears and one mouth, right? So I've learned really to listen as much as I talk. That applies to my kids, to my partner in life, to my business partner.

Lisa Taglauer - Magnolia Physical Therapy (Health) on why how EO has improved her life

  • I didn't understand at the time that the other people were dealing with the same issue. So I just assumed, ‘wow, they got it figured out.’ But everybody in the room was dealing with the same issues.

Josh Loeske - Quality Sitework Materials (Construction) on what he’s learned in forum

  • I was running a business without an MBA… without any background in business other than being in the business for the past five years. I was just kind of running it the way the previous owner ran it but I didn't understand what it meant to own a business and especially what it meant to have a growth business. The very first event I went to was Verne Harnish who wrote ‘Mastering the Rockefeller Habits’ and now ‘Scaling Up.’ And the fact that there was already an operating system out there really blew my mind. I was there trying to reinvent the wheel and trying to create something that was already in place. And so after listening to it, I was like, I'm sold. I mean, you don't have to talk to me anymore.

  • Local Learning Events

Our chapter hosts exciting learning & social events all year, where you can share big ideas & become a better leader.

Events focused on building your business or connecting with your community. Opportunities to grow as professionals and as people. Reminders that you can stop focusing on things that don’t matter. And new ways to work, live & grow.

  • Regional Events

EO Louisiana is part of the central region & our annual event is called XCentric. Join us for three days of inspiring storytelling, motivating world-class speakers, lavish socials and nightlife, & genuine connections with entrepreneurs across the region.

In 2021, our chapter hosted the XCentric conference in New Orleans. In 2019, it was in Dallas.

Speakers within recent years have included George W. Bush, Mark Cuban, Jane Goodall, Malala Yousafzai, Trevor Noah, Brene Brown, Liz Murray, and Steve Wozniak, just to name a few.

  • Global Events

Travel to far-flung, exotic destinations with fellow ambitious, eager entrepreneurs and form relationships that last a lifetime.

Held twice a year, EO Global Universities take members into the heart of thriving cities for a few days of intense learning, bonding, and cultural engagement.

Savor a plate of red shrimp (carabineros) with a crisp glass of Albariño as you watch the sun set over the Portuguese coastline

Walk through the ancient city of Petra, where Indiana Jones was filmed, and then head to the Wadi Rum desert for stargazing like you’ve never seen before

Dance tango, devour a steak you can cut with a spoon and a glass of Malbec, while you marvel at one of the widest rivers in the world in Buenos Aires

Sip on the best tequila you’ve ever had with a plate of street tacos, as you listen to a live mariachi band in Mexico City

Top Business Schools

Possibly the best kept secret of EO is the opportunity to study at some of the world’s top business schools. The programs bring together a small number of eager EO members for four days of rigorous learning focused on leadership & growth

  • To identify & bring together the next generation of entrepreneurial giants—the next Bill Gates or Richard Branson.

  • To provide the kind of intense blending of practice & theory that is necessary to excel in this era & to do so in a format that fits your busy schedule.

  • To offer this high-quality program at a price that is less than half the cost of comparable programs (all of our efforts go into quality programming & facilities, not fancy promotions).

Find the program that’s right for you:

I stayed on campus for a whole week. I was part of a class of 80, of which one-third came from the United States and two-thirds came from all over the world. And I now have connections with business owners in Europe, in Russia and Australia… people came from Australia… that experience is just unreal.
